1. AIB Women in Enterprise Masterclasses

"A Masterclass is right for your business if you have the ambition to grow it"

The Masterclass will be led by 3 expert business trainers from the Entrepreneurs Academy who are specialists in the areas of leadership, sales, finance and marketing and cater for up to 70 female led businesses.

Masterclasses are engaging and energetic and touch on "testing the dream" and "how do you look online". The modules are delivered in an interactive manner.

Participants receive information packs with key themes from the day - tools and guidance which will target specific challenges facing female led enterprises.

The Masterclass serves as an overview to the AIB Women in Enterprise Growth Academy

The Masterclass  is suitable for you if you are :

  • A female owned or led business
  • Ideally in operation for longer than 18 months
  • Have employees, these can be part-time or sub-contractors
  • Have growth ambitions for your business
  • Better suited to those businesses whose revenue or projections are in excess of €150,000 per annum

           Venue:    Hilton Dublin Airport, located just off the M1 and M50 motorways
           Time:      1.30pm for Registration & Networking
                           2pm – 6pm The Masterclass including 4 learning modules throughout the afternoon
                           6pm – 7pm: Networking with refreshments

2. AIB Women in Enterprise Growth Academy

"A tailored Academy for women business owners seeking to grow their business"

Each Academy will cater for up to 20 ambitious female business owners for more intensive in-depth sessions of 6 full days over 5 months focusing on leadership & growth strategies, faciliatated by the Enterpreneurs Academy.

Each Academy consists of highly engaging full day workshops. Each group will be facilitated to become its own peer board and will be supported by ongoing peer support network the ‘Board you can’t afford’, an accountability system and online community development. At each Academy day a guest speaker will provide expert lunchtime talks.

The Academy is suitable for you if you are:

  • A female owned or led business
  • Ideally in operation for longer than 2 years
  • Ideally have more than 2 employees, these can be part-time or sub-contractors
  • Have growth ambitions for your business and a business plan
  • Better suited to those businesses whose revenue or projections are in excess of €200,000 per annum

The Academy is subject to an online application process
