Pre-Application Checklist

You can manage your business account online securely, night and day, 365 days a year. It should only take a few minutes to complete the online application.

What do you need to complete the iBusiness Banking form?

Names of all users that you want to access iBusiness Banking.

Account details for all accounts you want to view on iBusiness Banking.

The date of the meeting to pass the iBusiness Banking resolution.

A printer to print the completed application form.

If your business entity operates under a constitution or book of rules or you have special instructions for the operation of your bank accounts, they must be reflected in the application form. You may have certain rules governing the operation of your bank accounts that you must adhere to when setting up iBusiness Banking. AIB strongly recommends that you name two users for authorising payments.

You can have up to 4 authorised signatories depending on the the rules of your business. The Primary Client Contact is the sole contact for all iBusiness Banking communications and must be an authorised signatory.

What do you need to do now?

  • Download and Print out the application form.
  • Arrange for the appropriate people to sign it, then return the form to your branch.
  • The Primary Client Contact will receive all Digipasses and the Local Administrator log in details on two separate days via standard mail.
  • A Local Administrator then needs to collect their PAC (Personal Access Code) from their Branch/Relationship Manager.
  • Once the Digipasses, User ID's and PACs have been received you're ready to go.
