Outlook: Construction

On the back of strong economic growth over the past number of years, the outlook for Ireland’s construction sector is positive with strong demand for both residential and commercial property. The forecast growth in the sector over the coming years is supported by the Government’s €42bn Capital Expenditure Programme to 2020. In this Construction Outlook publication we discuss the key challenges and opportunities for the sector with a number of key industry stakeholders including Tom Parlon, Director General of the Construction Industry Federation.
